WeekShape Terms of Use
1. App Store License
WeekShape is intended for distribution through the Apple App Store. Your use of WeekShape is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) unless Apple presents you with another applicable agreement.

2. Planned Lifetime Purchase
WeekShape is intended to offer one optional Lifetime non-consumable purchase. Lifetime applies only to later user-initiated checks of a Calendar or webcal connection that already has a confirmed import. Month and week views, manual shifts, rotation patterns, Copy Last Week, reminders, current-week image sharing, all widget configurations, every ICS import, and each newly selected Calendar or webcal source's first read and confirmation remain free.
If Lifetime is offered in your storefront, Apple will display the applicable product, localized price, and purchase terms before you buy. Availability may vary by storefront, and this page does not state that purchasing is currently available. Apple processes purchases and restorations, which are tied to the Apple Account used for the transaction. Restoring a purchase verifies Lifetime access only; it does not restore shift data or start a source check.
3. Product Boundary
WeekShape is a personal shift calendar. It does not replace an employer's roster system, guarantee that a shift will occur, or provide medical, employment, legal, payroll, or safety advice. Changes read from an external source remain proposed changes until you review and confirm them.
4. Privacy
Our handling of app data is described in the WeekShape Privacy Policy. Website use is separately covered by VeloTract's Website Privacy Policy.
